Products and descriptions
We sell home decor and gift items, including sculptures, figurines and devotional pieces. We aim to show accurate photographs, dimensions, materials and prices on each product page. Screen settings and lighting may make colours look different. Minor differences in finish or texture can occur, particularly in decorative pieces. Such differences do not remove your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description. Check the product description and size before placing your order, and contact us if you need clarification.
Prices, payment and orders
Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless the website states otherwise. Taxes, delivery charges and any other applicable charges should be shown during checkout before you confirm payment. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. An order acknowledgment confirms that we received your request; acceptance depends on payment confirmation and product availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund for any amount already paid. Delivery and responsibility
Delivery options, charges and estimated timeframes are displayed on the product page or at checkout where available. Estimates may change because of courier delays, location, weather or other circumstances. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a working contact number. Check the package on arrival. If it appears damaged, keep the packaging and contact us promptly with the order number and photographs so we can help resolve the problem under our Return Policy. Risk in the item passes to you when it is delivered to the address supplied, without limiting your rights concerning goods that arrive damaged or defective.
Cancellation, returns and appropriate use
For cancellations, contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page. We will confirm whether dispatch has occurred and what options are available. After delivery, the Return Policy sets out how to request a return or replacement. Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its checkout, security or other customers’ use. Product photographs, text, branding and design belong to Jwala Ji Enterprises or their respective owners and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer remedies for defective, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.
